Twins of Bunker Hill

We chased this picture for a whole afternoon. This neck of the woods is
really shady, and it's a good thing that we were there in broad daylight.
Remember the place - Bunker Hill. And the whole area (it's rather
big) was sold for $517 back in the 1880's to a local businessman.

By the way, check out the way the dials are lined up...

The Farmer's Clock

It was not well lit, so the tripod was required. Ofcourse, we didnt' take it when we left home,
and this is what we ended up with. Oh well. I am too lazy to go back there, and take the
shot again.

The Tower and the Lamp

Rash took this shot of a Santa Monica landmark. It's a rather hard angle, with
the sun so bright.

The Hunchback of Notredame

This tower looks familiar? Well, it's where the original silverscreen Quasomodo lived.
The building is the Mudd Hall of Philosophy, at USC.

Hands of Money

We've posted another picture of this building before. It's the HSBC building, and it
houses, apart from the obvious, the underground station.

I think the time on this clock is right. For a change...

PS: Rash gets credits for this shot.

The Market Pavilion

I am not proud of this picture. It's over exposed and quite unflattering. The
shot is of a stall on the promenade in Santa Monica.

The Twins

Tucked in a store on the Promenade are these two. Rash took a hurried shot
of it, lest someone stop her. It's come out rather well, and the strange
angle plays well with the theme.

Note the time differs !
